Second hand parts are just that second hand and will not be in perfect or new condition. An item’s condition will be described honestly and as accuarately as possible and will leave our premises in the described condition unless stated, any parts we cannot test will be marked as untested or spares/repairs. Photographs will be provided when requested. All mechanical working parts i.e engines, gearboxes, pumps, sensors etc will leave our premises in good working order unless stated. We will not be held responsible for any damage or failings once they have left our premises & received.
All items are sent by couriers at buyers own risk of any damage caused during this time, A full list of prohibited & non compensation items can be forwarded from the courier thats selected or can be viewed on there websites.

Collection is preferred from our business premises in Liverpool. If delivery is required we can package & arrange a suitable courier company to carry out the job and provide tracking information for the service used, we do not personally accept any loss or damage whilst goods are in transit. Goods being delivered via courier come with a standard insurance cover of £20 on most items (couriers do have a list of non-insurable & prohibited items on there websites). Extra cover can be purchased upon request at the costs to all customers. In order to claim for any damage you must fully inspect your goods before signing for them with the delivery driver of the courier company, if they are damaged or you are not happy you must not sign for the them in order to make a claim or the item re-returned to us. If you do sign and later inspect the condition a claim cannot be made against them.
          If delivery is made by Royal Mail and goods are damaged a claim can be made upto the value of £20. Extra cover can be purchased upon request. If goods are lost in transit a claim cannot be made until 15 days after the date of original postage with there service.  Any items delivered to your address given on the order where no one is available to receive the parcel will be left in a safe place at buyers own risk. 

NO items will be sent outside the UK with a value over £50 as these parts can not be insured at all by the couriers resulting in claims not being possible

Refunds:

All items sent out by couriers or royal mail must be checked, if you are unhappy & have a valid reason we can arrange a refund if parts/items are returned to our company address within 7 days of receiving items .(address can be found in the contact us page) after this time a credit note will be issued to all customers with no exceptions

If parts/items are bought or ordered by error on your behalf / cancelled part way through completion these can be returned or cancelled upto 14 days but there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from final refund. This does not include deposits or part payments for items, these are lost if the deal is broken part way through. If couriers booked this fee is also lost.

Postage costs for returned parts/items will not be refunded

Any new or used / reconditioned or mechanical / Electrical parts with warranty will be photographed & marked before collection or delivery arranged. Any parts returned must have original markings & complete in same order as in original photos. If any differences once returned to our business address a charge to rectify these faults will be charged against any final refunds.If any parts have been tampered with & opened up or stripped down into individual parts this will VOID any warranty on any used parts.Also any missing parts from original orders will be priced up to be replaced like for like parts from the cheapest stockest found.

ALL large body panels (eg bumpers,doors,bootlids,bonnets) will be sent at your own risk as these couriers will not insure there service resulting in no claims if damaged. We advise collection were possible to avoid disapointment
Any Glass items, Headlights, Tail Lights, Mirrors etc are classed as non-insurable items.

ALL Electrical / Mechanical Parts are tested & marked before dispatch, this is to avoid scammers swapping / returning there unwanted faulty parts

ALL alloy / steel wheels will come complete with tyres with approx tyre tread depths listed & there condition, wheels are checked on our wheel balancer once removed from the car to check for any imperfections for safety

Detailed pictures of parts can be emailed if required before purchase, all parts are used and this needs to be taken into account as we are a used performance parts centre

Warranty on used parts:
All mechanical & electrical moving parts etc have a 14 day warranty on them from order date. This is to cover for fitment / testing time if needed but as above must not be tampered with at all

Couriers used are as follows: Parcelforce, Evri, DPD, UPS & APC depending on sizes and weights of items
